By buying this top you're helping to fund life saving breast cancer treatment for a very special lady
Inspired by a Shero
This design reminds our Shero of the beach, her favourite place and it's blue, one of her favourite colours.
It was also important for the design to feel calming, reflecting our shero's personality and disposition throughout the highs and lows of her journey.
Our Shero has been called Remarkable. Fabulous. Generous. Kind,
the kind of person who quietly changes lives just by being herself.
(That's her in the picture, by the way)
To call her a Shero feels like an understatement… but to so many, that’s exactly who she is.
Now, she’s facing breast cancer, and with her usual grace and strength, she's chosen an unconventional path and Immunotherapy, a treatment showing great promise, now offers hope, but comes at an overwhelming cost.
She can't do this alone, and she shouldn’t have to.
Kontrast Active is standing with her. Supporting her choice to heal in a way that honors her body and beliefs. It’s not an easy or expected path, but it’s hers. And now, we’re inviting you to stand with her too.
There’s so much more to her story...
Through pain and fatigue, she still moves, walking, practicing yoga, staying connected to nature. Movement is her medicine and it's at the very heart of what we believe in, too.
Bottom line, Kontrast Active exists because of her.
She saw a design that I had made for myself and said, that I should share it with the world. She believed in my designs when I wasn’t ready. She was my first customer.
Now, I’ve launched the first collection, with a design inspired by her. Every purchase will directly fund her healing journey.
This is more than sportswear. It’s belief in action, it's community rising.
She helped me say yes to my dream.
Today, I’m doing the same for her.
Let’s move. Let’s believe. Let’s make it happen, together.
With hope and gratitude,
Onika

P.S. If you're wondering why you don't know our shero's name, it's by design, as she doesn't want to be in the spotlight whilst she focuses on her healing.
