In the unlikely event that an item is faulty, please email a picture of it the item, along with your order reference to hello@kontrastactive.co for a refund.

Refunds will be provided when an item is received in the same state that it was received. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days from confirmed acknowledgement of receipt, should there be no issues..

Returns can be made within 30 days of the order being delivered. Items must be returned unworn and in the same condition that it was recieved.

You can cancel an order before it goes to production. Please contact hello@kontrastactive.co if you are unable to track the status of your order.
